The Craftin Quality at Origin Origin Courses are our opportunity to give you an inside pass into the world of coffee farming, processing and buying. We’ve combined our famous hands-on approach with the knowledge and hospitality of our friends at origin to bring you these courses.
Each course is unique because each coffee country is unique But in all of these courses, you can expect to learn high-level cupping and roasting skills, along with an in-depth look into coffee farming, harvesting, processing and green coffee buying.
Every day of these intensive courses combines hands-on learning with visits to local coffee farms and facilities, including nurseries, laboratories and hikes up the hillsides of specialty coffee farms. Class size is naturally quite limited!
